MAKE ART YOUR THERAPY!
Overcome limiting thoughts and behaviors to reduce stress, recentre and create change for a sense of calm and overall well-being.
Art is a great and versatile therapy option and incredibly beneficial to those struggling to verbalize and express their feelings. It has been used for communication, expression, and healing purposes for thousands of years but only became formally recognized in the 1940s when Margaret Naumberg and Edith Kramer discovered that using art as a therapy significantly improved the lives of people battling with emotions by increasing their self-awareness and self-worth while also decreasing their stress and anxiety levels.
